Grade 2 Teacher
"Educating All students Today For Tomorrow's Future"
About Miss Konfala
Growing up I was surrounded by educators in my family. I knew from an early age I wanted to have a positive impact on young children and the best way to do that would be to become a teacher. I have now been teaching in Naugatuck for 12 years. Throughout my career I have taught kindergarten and second grade. I received my teaching degree from Western Connecticut State University. I continued on to a Master's Degree through the University of New England. I then obtained my Sixth Year Degree through American College of Education.
I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. I have a golden retriever who my students love to hear stories about. I know the importance of building relationships with my students and their families, so if you ever need anything don't hesitate to reach out. If you would like to donate to our classroom we are always in need of pencils and tissues.
