Be aware of wonder. Remember the little seed in the Stryrofoam cup: The roots go down and the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all like that.
About Mrs. Godin
I have been teaching kindergarten for 16 years. I got my undergraduate degree in psychology from Elon University in North Carolina. From there I moved to California and obtained my teaching credential from California State University Northridge. After moving to Connecticut I went back to school to obtain my masters degree in special education.
Some of my favorite things to do are spend time with family, travel, run, and read! Other favorites include coffee, cheese, Mexican food, movies, birds and dogs.
Western School has been my home for ten years. Western is special because it is a smaller, neighborhood school; supported by a close-knit community. We have many events for families to attend outside of school hours. These events are always very well attended. Additionally, Western School has some of the most talented and dedicated teachers that I have ever worked with!
