Speech-Language Pathologist

"Communication is the essence of human life"
Western Elementary School is a supportive educational community that strives to ensure the greatest level of success for students. I am eager to begin the 2018-2019 school year and meet all my new students, as we work together to achieve various communication goals.

What is a Speech-Language Pathologist?

A SLP evaluates and treats individuals with speech disorders, language disorders, social communication disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing disorders. SLPs often work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, which may include parents, teachers, social workers, school psychologists, audiologists, administrators, nurses, etc.  I am always available to families who have questions or concerns about speech and language development and can be best reached via email at
